About Us

31 Years Shaping Indonesia's Corporate Narrative

Our Story

A Legacy of Precision & Trust

For 31 years and counting, Mediacomm has stood as Indonesia's foremost strategic communications consultancy. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Jakarta, we continue to thrive as a trusted partner guiding clients through Indonesia's most significant corporate communications engagements, including IPOs, M&As, and corporate actions.

Mediacomm holds the distinction of being the first communications firm in Indonesia to manage major crisis and reputation management projects, including the landmark BCA crisis communications and Adaro's high-profile divestment. We pioneered the modern IPO communications practice in 1998, introducing comprehensive investor and media roadshows to global business hubs such as New York, London, and Hong Kong, in close coordination with the securities regulator (Bapepam, now OJK).

Our Approach

Strategic Insight, Narrative Precision

Over nearly three decades, we have been the trusted communications partner for Indonesia's corporate ecosystem. We have successfully collaborated with leading domestic and international securities firms and investment banks, including Mandiri Sekuritas, Danareksa Sekuritas, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and UBS.

Our approach is built on a foundation of strategic insight, narrative precision, and flawless orchestration. We don't just communicate — we craft compelling equity stories, manage stakeholder perceptions, and protect reputational value throughout the entire transaction lifecycle and beyond.
